The Cutting Room Floor's EOB2 page lists a number of unused assets in the game.

The All-Seeing Eye lists under "Oddities found in EOB 2" some 7th and 8th level spells that are inaccessible in the game.

A forum thread mentions that you can use either Wall of Force or Hold Monster to block doors that are otherwise designed to trap you and prevent your escape.
